Tidings from the West
Greetings from the West Brethren,
I hope that you had a great Thanksgiving holiday! Nothing replaces the joy and warmth of being with friends and family, sharing a wonderful meal. In that spirit, I would like to thank the brethren who participated in making the annual Thanksgiving dinner for the Homeless Veterans another success, with the cooperation of Golden Spike and Prince Hall Lodges.
Christmas is now on the horizon and so is the end of this Masonic year… and what a year it has been! The Lodge was busy with degrees, educational features and meetings, not counting the Wednesday’s meetup sessions. And this year’s open house! What an event with about 400+ visitors! Amazing… We have done great work at the Lodge and for the craft. The momentum is set and I am sure that we will continue in the same direction in the coming year. As we close this Masonic year, keep our departed brethren in your thoughts, and like them before us, aim high to keep the craft’s reward to the world one of the greatest things we can offer to mankind.
On the level my brothers, as always.
